Are you worrying more about your memory more than you used to? Or concerned about the impact that alcohol, drugs, trauma or head injuries have had on your brain?
As one of Dr Daniel Amen's Licensed Brain Health Trainers, let us introduce you to your brain and coach you to make improvements that will help you feel more confident going forward.
In this one session we will assess where you're at and talk about what your brain health goals are.
Each 45 minute session is conducted by phone with Monique, our Learnerobics Learning Coach.
Once you have paid, you will receive a link to book in times and dates that suit you.
